Terms and Conditions

✔ Orders received after 5pm will usually be processed according to the next day's orders but we will do our best to deliver on the same day. Therefore, after booking the order immediately, you must confirm your order by calling.

✔ We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the first attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases :

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ *reachable and delivery is not done.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

✔ We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment form, we will try our best to honour the client's request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.

✔ Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc, the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances.

✔ Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 24 hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

✔ The cake arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.

✔ We will cater to any reports of damaged product on the same day of delivery only i.e within 12 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.

✔ If LojiCake finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified.If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final. 

✔ The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. 

✔ If your cake weight 4 pounds & above Then we will accept payment in advance.

Cancellation Policy

✔ For order modification/cancellation of an order, please give us notice at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time slot.

✔ Charges for cancellations, once your order is "being prepared" or "prepared", 50% of the total amount will be refunded for perishable (cakes) and 100% for non-perishable products(Propper, Caps, Candle etc).

✔ If you cancel your order that has been already "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", only 25% of the total order amount will be refunded.

✔ Although for cakes of more than 2 Pound only 30% of the total amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Refund Policy

✔ Once approved the refund amount will be transferred to your payment channel in 5-7 working days.

✔ At the time of delivery if there is no response from the given mobile number, the cake will be sent back to the kitchen. So please provide the contact number of the person who can collect the cake.

✔ An additional charge of Rs.60/- will be charged for redelivery.
